Experiential Ceramics Workshop. An initiation into the slowness of creation, at the GRAMMA atelier in Pagondas Samos.
How can raw earth transform into an object possessing a soul and a history? We warmly invite you to the sacred space of our Isychastirio, for an experiential workshop dedicated to the primal art of pottery.
Far from the rush of modern life, you will connect with the most grounded of materials: clay. Under the patient guidance of our master artisan, you will learn to align your breath and movement with the rhythmic spin of the wheel. You will feel the texture, the resistance, and the fluidity of the clay, guiding your hands to shape your very own unique, functional, or decorative object.
This workshop is more than a technical lesson; it is an exercise in mindfulness (Mindful Living) and a return to the essence of authentic craftsmanship. The pieces you create can be fired and glazed in our studio (upon request), remaining a timeless token of this creative pause. The firing and glazing process requires 5 days. If you wish, we can safely ship your finished piece to your location at your own shipping expense.
