“At GRAMMA House, our relationship is a dialogue. If the ‘Letter’ you received does not fit your story, we are here to listen.

Returns Policy: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The object must be in its original, pristine condition, inside the individual GRAMMA box, accompanied by all its tags.

Exceptions (The Nature of Materials): For reasons of hygiene and respect for the purity of materials, returns are not accepted on:

• Candles and Perfumes that have been unsealed.
• Taste products.
• Items that have been used, altered, or engraved.

The ‘Imprint’ vs. The Defect: Many of our objects are handmade. Small variations in texture or shape (e.g., in blown glass or ceramics) constitute the ‘Imprint’ of the artisan and the proof of their authenticity, not a defect.

Damage during Transport: If you receive a broken object, we will replace it immediately and free of charge. We would kindly appreciate it if you have filmed the opening of the box (unboxing video), so that we may claim compensation from the courier service.

• Return costs (for change of mind or wrong size ordered) are borne by the ‘Reader’.
• Return costs (for our error or damage) are fully covered by GRAMMA.”
