“Every question is the beginning of a conversation. Here we answer the thoughts you may have regarding the journey of our ‘Letters’ from Samos to your hands.”

1. FOR THE JOURNEY (Shipping)

Q: Why might my order take a little longer? A: Because it does not start from an impersonal warehouse, but from the island of Samos. Every ‘Letter’ is prepared and packaged with care at our atelier in Pagondas. As islanders, we respect the weather and the sea, which sometimes define our rhythm. We ask for 1-2 days of extra patience for the aura of the Aegean to reach your door. We await you in Samos, at our space in Pagondas, so you too may enjoy the weather and the sea.

Q: How do the objects travel? A: Safely and with respect. We partner with DHL Express Worldwide for all international destinations and with reliable partners for Greece, ensuring the package reaches your hands intact.

Q: The object I received has a small irregularity. Is it a defect? A: No. It is a signature. At GRAMMA we believe in the ‘Imprint’. Our objects are handmade. A small bubble in the blown glass or a faint line on the ceramic is the proof that it was made by a human hand and not a machine. It is the unique story of your own object.

Q: What happens if something arrives broken? A: Although we package fragile items with extreme care (using eco-friendly Honeycomb), accidents happen. If you receive something broken, we will replace it immediately. All we ask is that, upon receipt from the courier, you check the integrity of the products, especially if they are fragile.”

Q: Can I return a ‘Letter’? A: Naturally. If you feel it does not fit your story, you may return it within 14 days, in its original condition. Exception: For the sake of love for the purity of materials, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used, such as candles, perfumes, and ‘Harvest’ products (food/drink). Also, clothes must have their tags attached.

Q: How do I care for my objects? A: With tenderness. Every material has its own language. We suggest you read our guide The Art of Care to learn how to make linens, ceramics, and metals live forever with you. 

Q: I want to send a gift. Is there special packaging? A: At GRAMMA, we believe that every object is a gift, whether for you or for someone else. Therefore, there is no ‘simple’ and ‘gift packaging’. Every order arrives in the House’s rigid luxury box (except for specific products), wrapped in tissue paper and our scent. It is always ready to be offered.

Q: Can I include a personal message? A: Of course. This is the essence of ‘Correspondence’. At checkout, you can write your message. We will transfer it onto a card from our collection, transforming the package into a real, personal ‘Letter’ on your behalf.

Q: A product from ‘Chapter Arpedoni’ is sold out. Will it be released again? How do Chapters work? A: At GRAMMA, time does not cancel creation. Our ‘Chapters’ are not seasonal collections that ‘expire’ and are withdrawn. They are ‘Living Archives’. An idea, like our first chapter prepared for Summer 2026, is inexhaustible. It does not end with the summer. The Chapter remains open and evolves. It may be enriched in the future with winter garments (e.g., ‘Arpedoni Winter’) or new objects that serve the same philosophy. The notation (e.g., ‘Summer 2026’) simply declares the moment of the object’s birth within GRAMMA, not its expiration date. Thus, your favorite objects remain available and the collection grows with us, building a timeless library of style. However, some specific items may have not only an end but also be limited collectible ‘Letters’. Stay with us and enjoy the journey of GRAMMA…!!!

Q: Where are the objects made? A: The heart of creation beats at our Atelier in Samos. In the first phase, we collaborate with a network of selected Greek artisans (ceramists, silversmiths, weavers) who share the same passion for ‘Craftsmanship’. Every object is a map showing its origin.

Ethical Note: GRAMMA and its founder, Mrs. Evangelia Grammatiki, exclude, from the outset, the final production of their products by child labor. We also strive to control the origin of our raw materials so that this principle is not violated.

Q: Is your packaging eco-friendly? A: Absolutely. We avoid plastic both in our packaging and our products. Our boxes are made of recycled paper, the protective material is paper (Honeycomb), and our ribbons are cotton. We urge you not to throw away the product box. Use it to store your own ‘fragments’ of memory.

Q: What is the ‘Second Chapter’? Do you offer repairs? A: We believe that wear is part of the life of a beloved object. If a GRAMMA garment or object suffers wear over the years, do not throw it away. Contact us. Through the service ‘The Archive of Letters’, we can discuss the possibility of repair or alteration at our Atelier, offering it a second life, much like in the art of Kintsugi.

Q: I have a store. Can I sell GRAMMA objects? A: We do not seek simple points of sale, but ‘Synergies’. If you believe your space shares the ethos of Quiet Luxury and Curation, we would be happy to discuss. Send us your own ‘Letter’ at info@gramma.world.

Q: How will I find the right size for me? A: GRAMMA garments (such as the ‘Arpedoni’ collection) are designed with freedom and comfort in mind, not restriction. Our lines are often loose and flowing. On every garment page, you will find the ‘Size Guide’ with exact measurements. We suggest you measure a favorite garment of yours and compare it. If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the larger one to give your body room to breathe.

Q: Can I visit the Atelier in Samos? A: Our Atelier in Pagondas is primarily a space of work and contemplation, not a retail store. We want to maintain the quietness required by creation. However, during the summer, we open our doors for specific ‘Open House Days’ or by appointment for custom orders. Join the ‘Circle of Readers’ (Newsletter) to learn when we welcome visitors.

Q: Why are some items marked “Pre-order”? A: Because good things take time. At GRAMMA, we try not to produce aimlessly, creating stock that might go to waste. When an item is “Pre-order”, it means it will be crafted specifically for you once you order it. It usually requires 1-2 extra weeks, but it guarantees you receive something made ‘warm’ by the artisan’s hands, without burdening the planet.

Q: What payment methods do you accept? Are they safe? A: Your peace of mind is a priority. All transactions in our House are encrypted and absolutely secure. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), as well as payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We never store your card details.

Q: Do I need to create an account to order? A: No. At GRAMMA we respect your freedom. You can complete your order as a guest (Guest Checkout). However, creating an account allows you to keep a history of your ‘Letters’, save your preferences, and complete future selections faster.

Q: How will I receive the digital book (e-book) I ordered? A: Intangible goods, like the manual ‘The Labyrinth’, travel instantly. A few minutes after completing the order, you will receive a separate email with a secure link to download the file to your device. If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder – sometimes digital letters hide there.

Q: Can I offer GRAMMA creations as a corporate gift? A: Naturally. We believe that a corporate gift should not be a formal move, but a substantial ‘Gesture’. We can design personalized proposals for your partners together, conveying the values of Quiet Luxury. Whether it is a ‘Correspondence’ notebook or a ‘Harvest’ box, it will reach their hands as a gift of high aesthetics and not as promotional material. Contact us at info@gramma.world.

Q: What wax do you use in ‘Isichastirio’? Is it natural? A: Transparency is our raw material. The candles of the ‘Isichastirio’ collection are created exclusively from 100% natural wax (soy or beeswax) and feature cotton wicks, without lead or toxic additives. This ensures a ‘clean burn’, so that the atmosphere of your space remains pure, like the air in Pagondas.

Q: Why should I subscribe to the Newsletter? A: Because we do not send spam. The ‘Circle of Readers’ is the family of GRAMMA. Members of the Circle receive our ‘Letters’ first: they are informed about the opening of new Chapters, have access to Limited Editions, and receive digital gifts of thought. Also, registered members will be the first to learn about GRAMMA’s activities, such as presentations and participations worldwide. It is our way of saying ‘thank you’ for walking with us and keeping you informed.

Q: Can I request a change to a garment or object? A: Since we have our own Atelier, we have the possibility for ‘Conversation’. If you desire a small adjustment (e.g., to the length of a garment) or a special construction, contact us before ordering. If our hands and materials allow it, we would be happy to create something exclusively for you (Sur Mesure).
