We only receive confirmation of the successful or unsuccessful transaction, the billing details, and the cardholder’s name from Piraeus Bank or Viva Wallet, in order to proceed with the preparation of your order.

    7. Order Delivery & Courier Companies (DHL & Geniki Taxydromiki)

    To ensure the creations of our House reach your hands safely, quickly, and reliably, we collaborate with leading courier companies, specifically DHL and Geniki Taxydromiki.

    • To execute the delivery, we transmit strictly the absolute necessary details to these partner companies: First Name, Last Name, Shipping Address, Postal Code, and Contact Phone Number.

    • The courier companies (acting as Data Processors) are fully bound by the European GDPR Regulation and use your data exclusively for the safe delivery of your parcel and to send you shipping updates (e.g., via SMS/Viber) regarding the status of your shipment.
