Our House’s activity includes the creation and distribution of “Letters” that make up your personal story: clothing, objects (ceramics, wood, bronze, paintings), jewelry, publications, wellness and ritual items (“The Retreat”), and thinking games. The Value of “Letters” (Product Prices)

• All prices listed on our website are final and include VAT. Shipping and other taxes are not listed next to the products, but are displayed in the shopping cart before purchase. The Company reserves the right to adjust product prices. We make every effort to ensure that descriptions and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any typographical or technical errors.

Limitation of Liability

• The Company is not responsible for any technical issues that users may encounter when attempting to access the website, which are related to the operation or compatibility of their own infrastructure. Withdrawal / Return of “Letters” – Replacement – Order Cancellation

• Order cancellation is possible:
  • Before completing your order during the online process, you can remove items from your shopping cart.
  • If the order has been completed but the product has not yet been invoiced/shipped, you can contact us by email or phone to request cancellation.
• The customer retains the legal right to return the order or part thereof within 14 days of the date of receipt.
• If the customer has agreed with our company (GRAMMA) to place an order outside our website for a custom order or a specific number of products per code, GRAMMA reserves the right to refuse the return of the products and the money (in accordance with Article 3ib, paragraph 1c of Law 2251/1994) for reasons not attributable to GRAMMA (change of mind, wrong order, etc.). Our products are handmade, so there will be differences in the same code per product, differences that make them unique. In this case, it is advisable to confirm your order by email.
• Your return will be accepted provided that all of the following conditions are met:
  • The purchase was made through our online store.
  • The product(s) are in their original condition and no special labels (e.g., protective covers, tags) have been removed.

The Conditions (The “Art of Caring”)

• In order for the return to be accepted and for us to proceed with a refund or replacement, the “Letter” you return must be in its original, pristine condition, ready to embark on a new journey.
  This means that:
  • It must not have been worn (except for trying on), washed, ironed, or altered in any way.
  • It must be in its original packaging (the GRAMMA box, if available) and accompanied by all its tags and barcode.
• Special Categories:
  • Based on “ethics” and hygiene rules, there are certain exceptions:
    • Wellness Products: Candles, fragrances, or personal care products cannot be returned if their security seal has been broken.
    • Local Products: Cannot be returned if unsealed.
    • Underwear and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
• The Imprint vs. The Flaw
  • This is very important to us. Many of GRAMMA’s “Letters” (the majority) are “Handcrafted” products. Small, subtle variations in texture, color, or shape (e.g., in a blown glass, a ceramic, or a handmade embroidery) are not considered defects. They are the valuable “imprint” of the craftsman, the signature of their authenticity. Similarly, wooden pens, pencils, and wooden objects in general may have differences in their shapes (watermarks, knots).
• Damage during Transport: We have made a tremendous effort (using materials such as Honeycomb, individual and group boxes) to ensure that your “Letters” arrive safely.
  However, if the product you received is proven to be broken or damaged during transport, we will replace it immediately.

The “Ritual” of Return (The Process)

• The Intention: Please send us an email within 14 days stating your order number and the products you wish to return.
• Packaging: Pack the product securely (ideally in the outer shipping box in which you received it, using the protective materials provided by the company), placing the individual GRAMMA box and the product in perfect condition with its protective materials inside.
• The Mission: We will send you clear instructions on how to return it to us.
• Inspection & Return: Once we receive the return (with the products packaged in our company’s original shipping boxes) and quality control confirms the condition of the product and that the above conditions have not been violated, the process of exchanging or replacing the product or refunding your money will begin if there is no replacement product available.
• Return Expenses
  • In case of withdrawal (change of mind): The costs of returning the parcel to our warehouses are borne by the “Reader.” You can now choose another product from our company with the shipping costs of the new delivery also being borne by the “Reader” .
  • In case of our mistake: (e.g. we sent you the wrong product code). GRAMMA covers all return and shipping costs for our products.
  • In case of damage during transport (broken product): GRAMMA covers all shipping costs.

Order Delay

Your order may be delayed:

• If the product is delayed in arriving at our warehouse.
• If the product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available.
• During periods of extreme weather conditions or strikes, as well as in cases of force majeure. In such cases, the Company shall not be held liable.
• In case of a problem with the ordering process or payment and inability to contact you.
• In general, please be understanding about the time between placing your order and receiving your letter-product. Our headquarters are located on an island (Samos), on the edge of Europe, between two continents!!!

Alternative Dispute Resolution – Jurisdiction – Applicable Law

• As provided for in Joint Ministerial Decision 70330/2015 and Directive 2013/11/EU, any dispute between the Firm and the consumer may be resolved electronically through Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
